What is the process of copper-aluminium composite radiator?


Composite process:

The connection between the header of copper-aluminium composite radiator and the waterway in the production process requires high welding level. However, due to poor welding technology and poor quality of some electrodes, it is easy to cause leakage of defective products. If flux-cored aluminium wire is used for brazing, the shortcomings caused by manufacturing level can be avoided. In brazing, copper as the base metal does not melt, and the deformation is relatively small. The brazing metal enters the base metal seam, dissolves on the solid surface of the base metal, and forms alloys. Brazing is the obvious effect in welding, brazing is divided into tin brazing and copper-phosphorus brazing, the temperature of tin brazing is below 300 degrees Celsius, the strength of copper pipe is high and does not soften, brazing flux should be added to ensure the clean dissolution of tin and copper; the content of P in copper-phosphorus brazing is 2%-5%, the melting point is below 800 degrees Celsius, the fluidity is better, no brazing flux is needed, and a small amount of silver is added to flow. The effect of wool seam movement is obvious. Because of the existence of P, the impact resistance of weld joint is low. The effect is improved by adding 25% silver.

Manufacturing technology:

In the production process of copper-aluminium composite radiator, the composite technology of copper tube and aluminium sheet, and the connection technology of header and waterway have been the focus of controversy. Copper-aluminium composite radiators mostly adopt the "double channel" mode, although the wall thickness of the radiator increases, but the heat dissipation effect is ideal. The heat dissipation of three-dimensional double-channel radiator is 80% higher than that of traditional single-channel radiator; the optimized convective space reduces the consumption and reduces the resource consumption under the condition of equal heat dissipation. Although the "thin, high and flat" type radiator of Rywatt copper-aluminium composite radiator saves space, it is difficult for household-heating boilers to meet the requirements due to the high water pressure of the radiator, so household-heating households do not choose this type of radiator. When consumers choose heating, they should choose the decoration location and calculate the size, size and number of heating panels by professional measurement.

Matters needing attention:

1. In the calculation, the maximum power consumption in the device data should not be calculated according to the actual conditions; the maximum junction temperature in the data data is generally 150 degrees C, leaving room for 125 degrees C in the design, and the ambient temperature can not be taken 25 degrees C (considering the actual temperature in summer and the cabinet).

2. The installation of the radiator should consider the direction conducive to heat dissipation, and open the radiation holes in the corresponding positions of the chassis or chassis (so that cold air enters from the bottom and hot air spreads from the top).

3. If the shell of the device is an electrode, the installation surface is not insulated (not insulated from the internal circuit). Mica gaskets must be used for insulation during installation to prevent short circuit.

4. The pin of the device should pass through the radiator and drill holes in the radiator. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sleeve should be sleeved to prevent pin from colliding with hole wall.

5. In addition, different types of radiators have different thermal resistance under different heat dissipation conditions, which can be used for reference in design. That is to say, the thermal resistance of these radiators can be calculated in practical application, and the radiators with similar structural shapes (cross-sectional area, perimeter) can be used as substitutes.
