The working temperature of profile radiator is generally controlled at about 60 degrees. With the prolongation of radiator service life, a lot of dust and stains will accumulate on fans and aluminium or copper radiators. Especially when the profile radiator is working in the kitchen or in the place of greasy fume and dust, it is easy to accumulate a lot of dust and serious greasy stains on the fan in a short time. However, it often leads to the gradual increase of the working temperature of the profile radiator, the abnormal operation of the computer, and the repeated shutdown automatically.

The general treatment method is to remove the profile radiator for dust removal, but this is only a general cleaning work, and does not achieve the final removal of the profile radiator stains. We can imagine that the new profile radiators and fans have clean and shiny surfaces and good heat dissipation performance. If we compare a radiator over a period of time, you will see two distinct states, one is bright and clean, and the other is used metal radiator surface will be old and dim and affect ventilation and heat dissipation. Why is that? Because the radiator surface has been eroded by oxygen and corrosives in the air, the original metal gloss has been lost, and the surface is covered with oil stains and corrosives. In this way, the original heat dissipation effect of the metal radiator has not been fully developed. In order to remove the dirt of the computer profile radiator and the fan, we can completely separate the fan from the metal radiator, and thoroughly remove the metal radiator with ordinary household oil stain cleaning liquid and brush. At this point, we can see a shiny new metal radiator in front of you. However, it is different for the fan to remove the stains, because the fan motor contains metal conductive coils, cleaning fluid and water must not enter the coils, so as to avoid damp and short-circuit conductive operation inside the motor coils, so we must pay special attention to cleaning the fan. For the cleaning of computer fans, we can only adopt a general cleaning method, that is, to gently erase the stains and oil stains on the fan surface with a brush or a cloth stain cleaner. Only in this way can we completely remove the stains on the computer radiator and fan, and the heat of the computer can be fully distributed.

Cleaning the radiator can also install the rubber hose on the nozzle, insert into the radiator's water intake, and fill the water all the time. Then open the small plug and let the water drain into the plate. Repeat until the discharged water becomes clean, and make sure that all the water used for cleaning is funneled into a sealed container, just like the coolant you used. Here, if necessary, you can put the used clamps and hoses back in place.
